Cepea, 6/03/2025 – Wheat grain prices continued to rise in February. According to Cepea researchers, the momentum comes from low domestic availability of quality product. In most of the regions tracked by Cepea, February averages returned to September/24 levels. Only a few sellers showed interest in clearing part of their stocks during the month, while most remained out of the market, waiting for further gains. On the buying side, many buyers were active in February, seeking higher-quality lots, while others remained focused on imports, the Center also notes. Source: Cepea (www.cepea.esalq.usp.br)
